LLPR Featured in Medical Device News Magazine: Revolutionizing Limb Loss and Preservation
We are thrilled to announce that the Limb Loss and Preservation Registry (LLPR) has been featured in the prestigious Medical Device News Magazine. This recognition underscores the LLPR's pioneering efforts in transforming patient care through data-driven insights.
The LLPR: A Revolutionary Approach to Limb Loss and Preservation
The LLPR represents a pivotal development in patient care. It stands as the first collaborative database that unites hospital and health systems, provider organizations such as Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and orthotic/prosthetic (O&P) practices. This initiative focuses on both upper and lower extremity acquired and congenital limb differences, as well as limb preservation populations. The LLPR's collective effort has the potential to drive substantial advancements in patient outcomes, treatment effectiveness and care quality.
The Registry is designed to provide health care providers, patients and families with up-to-date, reliable information and resources that significantly impact the lives of those who have suffered limb loss or are dealing with limb differences. With an estimated 2.7 million people living with limb loss or limb difference in the United States, LLPR's impact is both timely and profound.
Elevating Patient Care and Bridging Knowledge Gaps
The LLPR addresses a significant public health knowledge gap by expanding our understanding of population demographics and the effectiveness of practices and technologies following limb loss or limb preservation surgery. This expansion of knowledge is vital for preventing limb loss, improving amputation surgeries, refining rehabilitation approaches and guiding the development of devices for people with limb loss.
Join Us in Shaping the Future of Limb Care
The LLPR initiative is reshaping the future of limb care through collaborative efforts. We are excited to share that the subscription pricing model will commence on January 1, 2024, with an added incentive for practices that sign up on or before October 31, 2023 - the set-up fee will be waived.
Industry leaders, such as Cailor Fleming, are offering financial support and incentives for LLPR participation. Cailor Fleming extends discounts of 5-15% on premiums for O&P providers participating in TLI programs. Additionally, providers signing up with Nymbl Systems as their electronic health record (EHR) solution and LLPR within the same 90-day period will receive an additional 10% discount on upfront costs for Nymbl Systems.
By collaborating with LLPR, healthcare providers are actively contributing to improved treatments and care methodologies, ultimately creating a brighter future for patients with limb loss and limb difference.
