Welcoming Hartley to this leadership position, Bill Oldham, founder and chairman of the Board, TLI, says, “Reed brings an impressive track record for leading organizations and staff across all functions, including communications, major gift fundraising, research, programs and finance. His remarkable career also includes leadership positions as vice president, Development for Western US, Opportunity International, where he led efforts to champion and provide economic opportunities and mitigate poverty for disenfranchised populations in Africa, Asia and South America.
Hartley states, “I have deep respect for this organization and its commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and innovative thinking in communities worldwide. As we move forward on key priorities for near and long-term success, I look forward to extending and supporting TLI programs that develop, nurture and implement innovative strategies that positively impact individual, community and population health, healthcare, resilience and well-being.”
